Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our Refund, Return, Replacement, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Refund Policy

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card provider.

  • In case of delays beyond 10 days, customers are requested to contact their bank/payment provider for updates.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • If the product fails quality check, the refund will be rejected and the item will be returned to the customer.

2. Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • Return, Replacement, or Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • Once a Return/Replacement/Exchange is accepted, the new product or pickup will be processed within 7–10 days.

  • Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, along with:

    • Original tags

    • Original packaging

    • All accessories/freebies (if applicable)

  • Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if the product:

    • Shows signs of use

    • Is damaged due to customer handling

    • Has missing accessories

    • Is a final sale/non-returnable product (if mentioned on the product page)

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange Acceptance

  • A valid order number, proof of purchase, or invoice is required.

  • The product must be handed over to our delivery partner during pickup.

  • Customers must ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

  • In case of replacement, the product will be replaced with the same model/variant only.

  • Exchanging for a different product/model is subject to availability.

4. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images/video.

  • After verification, we will arrange:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund (in eligible cases)

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; customers may request a return after delivery (if eligible).

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene / safety / customized product reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or refund (only if applicable to your business):

  • Personal care / hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Digital products or services

  • Items with tampered seals or missing accessories
